Organic farming has been practiced in the grounds of Malva since year 2000. The visitors and students can now enjoy the organic- certified garden according the the national legislation and controlled by Ecocert, controller institution. The garden is developing into having more introductionary labels as well as programs of education. Conserving and enhancing the living organisms while respecting the ecosystem has been the ethical basis and footprint of our presence.

Botanic Gardens Conservation International BGCI

ArbNet – Accredited Arboretum – Level I

BGCI is the largest plant conservation network in the world. Malva engages in plant conservation of in-situ and cultivated plant species. We follow several engagement schemes suggested by BGCI.
The Ecological Restoration Alliance (ERA)
The restoration of distrupted agricultural land back into forest status. Enhances biodiversity and lowers Carbon sequestration.
