The developers are taking the permaculture principles as guidelines to enhance the diversity of life at the farm. There is a vast variety of wildlife i.e birds, insects, fox etc. It houses chicken and Embden geese. There is a natural water pond and they are free to range in the field. There is also a wild bee hive housed inside the old stone wall building.
